Beatrice Wuethrich
Born 1980 in Switzerland, growing up with skiing and snowboarding and living in close touch with nature,
Beatrice can look back to a wonderful girlhood.
To move and to be in the water, that’s what she enjoyed since early life.
In the `80s windsurfing was her Dad’s passion. At this time she was too young to join him but the little girl already knew, one day….
Years later, as soon she got her driver’s license, she would buy windsurf-equipment and spend the rare windy weekends on the swiss lakes. All by herself but stoked from the beginning.
A year later, when finished her studies in mechanical engineering-CAD drafting her childhood dream became true. At 21 years old she went for the first time to Maui-Hawaii where she got close to the sea and the polynesian culture.
Since then she's hooked. …and life changed…
With the „aloha spirit“ in mind, back in Switzerland, she kept on working as a snowsportsteacher in wintertime, did temporary CAD design and went back to school to get a wellness coach and massage therapist. During the holidays she traveled around the world to enjoy mother ocean in motion.
Several seasons as a wellnesstherapist in a renowned wellnesshotel worked, traveling, enjoying her passions:

2013 life changed: work in the european windsurf industry means:
working during the summer in Switzerland and playtime during the winter when wind & waves are up - living the dream...
