Don't dream your life, live your dreams :-)

living my dream being in Maui
making a dream come true by tomorrow night :-)
including a wish comes true:

just finished packing
therefore I will have all day tomorrow
to play with mother ocean in motion
(she might play with me though ;-)
before I will leave for a dream to come true

since I started traveling it was always with oversized luggage so far
and I wish I could travel light one day...
tomorrow night I will be :-)
just me & my hand baggage!
no toys

topping-out ceremony

Oli & Natasha's roof BBQ
an old tradition from Switzerland

While common in Switzerland, the origins of the ceremony are obscure. Its practice has long been an important component of timber frame building. This tradition migrated to America with European craftsmen. A tree or leafy branch is placed on the topmost beam, often with flags and streamers tied to it. A toast is usually drunk and the workmen are treated to a meal.

may your house be blessed!

what a dreamlike week

“We often take for granted the very things
that most deserve our gratitude.”
 ~Cynthia Ozick

How often do you pause to appreciate what you have in life?

I begin to appreciate things around me more. As I see more and more of the world out there, I realize all the things I’d been given are not rights, but privileges.

The world is so beautiful, and we’re lucky to live in such an amazing world.

Sometimes it’s easy to feel bad because you’re going through a tough time in life. However, remember no matter how bad your situation may seem, there are tens of thousands of things to be grateful for in life.

I feel blessed to be living my dream,
and be thankful every day.

However today
I can look back to a dreamlike week
and I'm truly grateful!

Thanks to my family & friends,
nature`s caprices
and
Naish + greenfix for support!
